IMPORTANT! READ THIS PAGE!

While the emulation program may be freely distributed (as-is,) the actual ROM game file has legal restrictions. If you choose to download and play the game, you are legally obliged to delete the file from your hard drive after 24 hours. (ROMs are used legally as a sort of "trial period.") The only exception to this is if you own the game itself, as an SNES cartridge. If you own the cartridge, you have already paid for your right to play the game, and do not have to delete the ROM file if you download it.

I am not going to waste my time enforcing this (in fact, the 24-hour rule is a much-abused principle,) but by downloading the games from this page, it is understood that you have read and understand the legal stuff on this page. SK Zone takes no responsibility past the point of download.
