Madkat

Once a mild-mannered comedian, Lenny Ringtail aspired only to be a late night talk show host. When the coveted position was given to David Litterbin, Ringtail was driven temporarily insane, and imprisoned in Megakat Asylum. Unable to concede the win to the better kat, he was determined to show the world that he, too, was worthy of the position. Ringtail was so consumed by the desire for retribution that he escaped the Asylum and sold his soul to an ancient spirit. The fantastic powers of the Madkat Spirit amplified Ringtail's insanity to new levels, and expressed it in new and terrifying ways. He could conjure objects out of thin air; he could levitate; he could change his size and shape; he could make himself and others disappear and reappear. Ringtail's quest for recognition and the Madkat Spirit's quest for revenge melded into one, and Madkat's vengeance, along with his powers, knew no bounds. He tried to destroy anyone who got in his way, and he very nearly trapped the officials of Megakat City in a puzzle-box for eternity (not to mention Litterbin and Razor). The manic supervillain did not take defeat easily, and will almost certainly be back for more. All he wanted was what he deserved... but does anyone deserve possession?
